Experience the power of PulseForge photonic sintering technology

Step into the world of innovation and witness the incredible capabilities of PulseForge photonic sintering/ curing technology at the Research institutes of Sweden (RISE) lab, Printed Electronics Arena (PEA). Experts from RISE, DP Patterning, and Merconics showcased PulseForge Invent system's potential, a revolutionary technique that can melt or transform materials with a flash of high intensity light. The event demonstrated real-time applications, including sintering of copper, silver, and gold inks, drying of graphene-based paste, and soldering on various materials. Attendees had the opportunity to test the technology with their own materials, maximizing its potential for their businesses. PulseForge's versatility was highlighted by its performance on flexible substrates like plastic, paper, TPU, and textiles. By integrating PulseForge into your electronics production line, you can achieve up to 80% reduction in energy consumption compared to conventional reflow soldering. This not only saves costs but also showcases your commitment to sustainability. Partnering with EMERGE and PEA at RISE provides access to PulseForge technology. Whether you're in sustainable, flexible, printed, or organic electronics, PulseForge unlocks the next level of success for your business.
